Entrepreneur offering advice to tech companies.

Alex used combined his power systems engineering experience and MBA in Finance and Marketing to help launch a Pittsburgh startup called Strategic Energy, later sold to Direct Energy. Strategic Energy grew to $1.2 billion annual revenue in its sixth year of operations as a competitive supplier of electricity and sold a year later for $770 million while growing from the original five founders to more than 250 people.

After taking time to pursue other passions, Alex is now investing in technology startups in Pittsburgh and working to help guide tech companies through the challenges of growth.
